Design
Where do you source your fabric from?
All our fabric is provided by British and Irish manufacturers.

What fabric options are there?
Most of our cushion designs are offered in Cotton Drill, Cotton Twill, Linen, Silk, Velvet or blends of these fabrics.  Our fabric range is more extensive.  Most of our designs can be applied to a varied range of fabrics including silks, muslin, satin, canvas, etc.  Please contact our sales@Aislinn-HOME.com to discuss your options.  

Where are my items made?
All our products are made in the Isles of Britain and Ireland.

How and where are your products printed? 
Our products are printed in the British and Irish Isles using eco-friendly water based pigment inks on specially prepared fabric which has been processed to maximise colour and durability using the latest digital printers.  

Are there only two cushion size options?
There are currently two cushion sizes offered as standard (45cm x 45cm and 60cm x 60cm).  However we may on occasion offer a different size.  Please check each cushion description carefully.  We are also open to discussing a different cushion size if there is a particular design you like but we have not offered it in your preferred cushion size.  You can contact sales@Aislinn-HOME.com to discuss your requirements. 

Do all pillows come with a feather insert or is it just the cover?
Yes, all pillows “cushions” come with a duck feather insert pad.  If you require only the cushion cover, please indicate this in the “Special instructions for seller” box when at the penultimate checkout. 

Do you do bespoke orders?
Yes.  We would be delighted to help you manifest your dream designs any way we can.  If you have a specific design project you would like help with, please contact us at

Do you design anything else other than pillows and fabric?
We are constantly reviewing and updating the products we offer and will make further home-wares additions seasonally.

I previously bought an item from you; can I order more to match the original
Pigments can often change slightly in the mixing process and may not match exactly any previous purchase you made.  Over time, fabric colour also fades when exposed to light.  We will always do our best to match previous items, or to match an existing colour scheme, however we recommend purchasing similar or matching items at the same time, if possible. 
As all our textile products are natural, it is also normal to find some small raised slubs in the finished item and should not be considered as a flaw.  If you are unsure of a product, we recommend you first order a sample piece of the design you want.  Please contact sales@aislinn-HOME.com

Payments
Do you ever have seasonal sales?
Yes we have seasonal sales.  On occasion we may also call a random Spot Sale for a short limited time

Which currencies can I pay in?
Our default currency is the Pound Sterling (GBP).  However we do offer a small range of the most popular currencies which you can switch to compare the exchange rate only.  Our currency applicator will also recognise your country and currency from where you are accessing our site, and will automatically add your country’s currency to make it easier to convert.  All final transactions will be carried out in GBP. 

What is the minimum amount I can order?
You can order as little or as many items as you would like.  However for fabric orders there is a minimum order of 1Metre cut length. 

Do you offer wholesale prices to trade clients?
Yes, we can offer wholesale prices on large and/or bulk orders.  Please contact us at admin@Aislinn-HOME.com to discuss requirements. 

Which payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopifyPay and PayPal. 

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time up until we have processed manufacture orders (normally within 24 hours of your payment).  Only in exceptional circumstances can we cancel your order after 24 hours as manufacture production will have been set in motion, each print order is custom made.  If you need to discuss a cancellation, please contact us immediately. 

How do I cancel or amend an order?

Can I order by telephone?
Yes, we can accept draft orders and payments by telephone.  Please call us on +44 (if calling Internationally) (0) 1865 748810. 

Shipping
Where do you ship to? Do you ship internationally?
We ship Worldwide.  Please see our shipping and handling fees.

Which couriers do you use?

We use a variety of couriers and local mail delivery services to ship your items, both domestic and internationally.
 

Can I track my delivery?
Yes, depending on which shipping service you chose at the checkout.  

Does the parcel require a signature?
If you chose a shipping service that requires a signature, then Yes.  

I need my delivery by a specific date, is this going to be possible?
Our cushions and fabrics are made to order.  Under normal circumstances please allow between 2-4 weeks for delivery.  It may be possible to shorten this lead time as a “rush-job”.  Please contact us to inquire about shortened lead-in times and costs.
 

How long is the delivery time?
If your item is already in stock then our normal delivery time is within 5 working days from confirmed purchase order.  It may be shorter if you have paid for a faster delivery service.  However most of our items are made to order.  Please allow up to 4 weeks for manufacture and delivery.


Where is my order?

Your order is dispatched as soon as we receive your items from our manufacturers.  If there has been a delay we will notify you at the earliest.  Your order should arrive with you within the suggested shipping times, as noted at time of original purchase.  If you have not received your order in that time, please contact us at

What shipping options do you have?
We have a range of shipping options for domestic orders which offer various costs and delivery times to suit our customers requirements.  International orders should contact us first for an accurate shipping cost and delivery time based on the items being purchased. 

What if I only want the cushion cover and not the insert; what would be the shipping charges
On occasion, a small item or a cushion cover without the feather insert may be sent under request.  These generally incur a much reduced postage charge due to their lighter weight properties.  In these circumstances it is best to phone through an order, and we can calculate a shipping cost based on these lighter weights. 

International Shipping
How much will it cost to ship to Canada?

We are very open to International buyers.  If you wish to purchase one of our products and you are outside the EU zone, it would be better to contact us directly for an accurate shipping cost based on number of items you wish to purchase and the method and speed of your preferred delivery. 

For EU block members we use a standard shipping rate.  If we have overestimated your shipping rate at checkout, we will refund the difference immediately.  However all International enquiries should contact us directly for an accurate shipping cost prior to purchase.  Dependent on where in the world you live, International imports may be subject to additional local customs tariffs.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they comply with local import laws and pay import duties accordingly.  Aislinn-HOME cannot be held liable for international customs levies.   

Returns
Can I get a refund or exchange?
All our homewares products leave us in excellent condition and we hope you will be delighted with your purchases from Aislinn-HOME.  If however, you are not happy with your purchase please return it within 14 days for a refund or exchange.  The item must be returned unused and in its original condition.  You will be responsible for return delivery charges.  We also recommend you insure your returned items against loss or damage.  

All our textile products and cushions are made to order.  Therefore we can only refund or exchange in exceptional circumstances on these commissioned items. 

Ecology
Are your products organic, eco-friendly and natural?
Most of our fabrics are 100% natural from organic plant material.  We value our natural world and prefer to work with manufacturers who promote their eco-friendly credentials.  

Are your products vegan friendly?
We use 100% natural plant materials to make our cushions and fabrics. However our cushions are normally provided as sold with a Duck feather insert.  If you would like to purchase our cushion covers, we can provide these without the feather pad insert and you will be refunded the cost of the insert.  Please indicate during the checkout process in the box marked “Special instructions for seller” if you do not want the feather insert. 

How are the cushions/fabric packaged?
All our products are wrapped in white tissue paper and sealed with our own Aislinn-HOME circular logo before being wrapped/sealed/boxed for dispatch.  We aim to use biodegradable packaging wherever possible.  

Accounts
How do I create an account?
Customers have the option to create an account at checkout when they fill in their contact information.  Alternatively, an account can be created over the telephone or by email.  

How do I change my email address/billing/shipping address?
When you purchase an online order with us, an account is automatically set up for you.  If you already have an account with us, you can request a change to your details by contacting us at

I no longer want to be subscribed- how do I unsubscribe?
We will be sorry to see you leave but we understand some things are more important.  If you wish to unsubscribe from our Newsletter, go to our “Contact Us” page and fill in your details.  In the “Message” box write “Please Unsubscribe Me” and forward to us.  We will unsubscribe you right away. 

Practicalities
How do I care and clean my pillow/fabric etc?

Fabric care recommendations are given on each product description page.


How are your pillows fastened?
All our cushions use an invisible zip.  This allows a “seamless” feel to the whole cushion

Is this a secure payment website?
Yes.  Your personal and financial information are highly valued and protected by powerful SSL encryption provided by our payments partner, Shopify.
